Monday Feb 16 Qdoba in Oaks, PA Ground beef burrito bowl - got ground beef, brown rice, peppers, pico, corn, shredded cheese, and immediately felt sick 10 -15 mins after eating it around noon. Hadn't had breakfast that day so was the only thing I ate. Ended up vomiting that night around 7-8pm, low grade fever, stomach cramps, and more vomiting and fever the next morning. No but I definitely think it was the ground beef | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea, Stomach Pain
