I placed a to go order yesterday, 4oct2020 and within an hour of eating my burrito and chips I got nausea, diarrhea, and vomitted all night up until 1230pm today, 5oct2020. I placed an order with my credit card, so I will need to get a copy of that receipt from my bank. I ordered a burrito with black beans, white rice, chicken, pulled pork, fajita veggies, and salsa. I also ordered a bag of chips, and bottled drink. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
