I got a burrito bowl with ground beef, black beans, brown rice, queso and lettuce. I had about half the bowl before immediately feeling "off". I had a few more bites but at that point my stomach felt like concrete. An hour of intense pain later I vomited pretty much all I ate. It has been 2 days since this and i am still getting waves of diarrhea but it is visibly the qdoba still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
