I am a vegan. I always order the same bowl black beans white rice lite pico lettuce and guac. With a side of chips. I didnt have time to eat all day yesterday except here, now today since 3am i have been in pain vomiting and diarrhea all day non stop now im cramping and am having heartburn sysmptoms as well as major pain in the back of my head as well as front it hurts to slightly even move. I can stand or walk because i get so lightheaded and feel triggers of pain in the back of my head. What is going on? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Lightheaded, Other, Headache, Heartburn
