- comments: found previous core violations not corrected from report dated 12-19-24 inspection# 2587202. Violation 37. Observed bulk containers in the basement dry storafe area without a label. Instructed to provide the common name on all bulk containers to properly identify item name (salt, sugar, flour etc). Violation #48 observed no drain board at kitchen dishwashing 3-compartment sink area. Instructed to provide and maintain. Priority foundation. Citation issued. 7-42-029. Must correct above mentioned violations.
