3 out of 4 of us got food poisoning after eating at rainforest cafe on December 27, 2024. The 3 of us that got sick had the bbq bacon burger, chicken quesadilla, and lava nachos. Seems like the overlap is the cheese. My husband had fish and chips and did not get sick. This was the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. My kids just had vomiting to start. I had both vomiting and diarrhea. I felt delirious and could hardly open my eyes or stand up to go to the bathroom. The vomiting lasted for about 6 hours. Diarrhea persisted for another day. General malaise finally passed after 36 hours. We are exhausted and had to move our flight out and extend our hotel by a day because of how sick we were and we didn’t trust that we’d not get sick on the plane. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
