- High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 1 live roach under front counter in dining room. Roach exterminated. Area cleaned and sanitized 4 live roaches inside of unused ice cream freezer on front line in kitchen. Ice cream freezer removed from building. Approximately 5 live roaches inside bin containing packages of dried pasta on dry storage shelf in kitchen. Bin removed from building.
- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At the cookline prep table, hash brown potatoes (70F - Cold Holding). Item being held at room temperature to be used to order. Item returned to refrigerator to chill and cold hold. **Corrective Action Taken**
