- comments: previous priority foundation violation not corrected:10-observed hot water (128. 6f) above maximum of 120f at hand washing sink in lunchroom staff washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain water temperature under 120f. Observed no soap in girls and boys second floor washrooms. Instructed manager to provide soap in all washrooms for proper hand washing. 38-observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor, along walls and corners behind copier machine, shelving units, radiator, under tables, on shelves, and tables in teacher lounge, on floor along walls and corners behind reach-in coolers, reach-in freezers, dining tables, in lunchroom and storage areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. 54-observed outside garbage area not maintained, front lid missing on dumpster and dumpsters not covered.
