Calamari at a restaurant on Friday night It was only me who ate the calamari, all my friends had chips or beef burger meals, I ordered a starter only as I wasn’t particularly hungry. I ate the calamari, leaving some bits as they were black in appearance, i assumed this was normal, like bad bits of batter. Saturday night/ early Sunday morning I began having abdominal pains, feverish chills and sweats and then began throwing up. I was being sick for 14 hours with occasional diarrhoea, I didn’t eat or drink throughout the entire day on Sunday as whatever I tried to consume, Came back up. I ate plain pasta only on Monday night and managed to contain that, Tuesday I thought I was well, the sickness had finally stopped but then after some toast for breakfast I rushed to the toilet with diarrhoea and again spent the day trying to get there in time.
