- comments: inadequate hot water at the west washroom washbowl. Maximum hot water temperature noted at 85. 3f. Must provide hot water at all hand washing sinks with a minimum temperature of 100f. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: all bulk food containers not in the original containers including spices and plastic jars of unknown liquids on the cooks line. Must be labeled with the products common name.

- comments: all stored items throughout the basement dry food storage must be elevated from the floors.

- comments: noted the interior top of the basement box freezer and handle are cracked/damaged with exposed insulation. Must replace lid or replace to be smooth and cleanable.

Must clean and maintain all. ----broken/damaged floor tiles at the entrance to the kitchen. Must replace/repair.

- comments: noted baseboard coving under the bar hand washing sink in poor repair and separating from the wall. Must replace/repair.

- comments: noted all food handler certificates expired. Must provide current food handler certificates for all required employees.

- comments: no proof of allergen training or certificate for the certified food manager. Must provide.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violation not corrected from 8-3-22 report #2561650 #55- 6-201. 11 broken and missing wall tiles around pizza oven. Replace. Surface must be smooth,cleanable and non-absorbent material. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
