- comments: observed excessive amount of black slime substance build up on inside inerior panel of ice machine dripping onto ice for human consumption. Must remove ice clean and sanitized interior contact surfaces of ice machine. Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitize during inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005, citation issued.

- comments: observed rusty bottom of prep table and food storage shelving in rear food storage area. Must repaint or replace shelving.
