I got the El Jeffe bowl in state college and after 6 hours of consuming it I first started to experience mild symptoms. My symptoms drastically took a turn for the worst, to the point where I felt like I needed to go to the hospital. I had violent diarrhea and could not stay off the toilet for more than 10 minutes for a good 2 hours. I started to experience sharp stomach pains which was most concerning to me. I had the sweats and soon became very nausea and began vomiting at least 5 different times within an hour. I finally flushed everything out of my system (basically the whole el jeffe bowl ingredients which included: chicken, corn, roots brown rice, blackened corn, feta cheese and kale) and felt relieved the next day. I did not ingest any food until the next morning. I have a sensitive stomach but have never had an experience quite like this one after a meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Nausea, Sweating
