- comments: 3-305. 12 observed overhead waste pipes not shielded in basement food storage area. Instructed the person in charge to encase all waste lines to intercept potential drips. (food may not be stored under leaky water lines,sewer lines,mechanical rooms,toilet rooms,locker rooms,open stairwells,garbage rooms)

- comments: 4-101. 19 observed foil being used as liner on shelving unit in rear prep area. Instructed the person in charge to remove all foil from shelving units. All food and non-food contact surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: 5-205. 15 observed slow draining handsink in the rear warewashing area. Instructed the person in charge to repair and maintain so that the sinks drain properly.
