Additional information: I have had 2 cups of coffee and a half bagel with cream cheese- i came home and had 2 servings of a fresh express bacon thousand island kit- while eating my appetite disappeared and I had diarrhea pretty quickly. Shortly after- 30 minutes or so I became very tired, headache, started feeling unwell. I went to lay down. 20 minutes after that I had more diarrhea and got sick. My temperature is 99.4. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
