Brisket, I ordered a plate with ribs, brisket, beef fat fries, and white cracker mac & cheese. The only menu item I did not share with my partner was the brisket. This was the only meal either of us had today, and she has no symptoms. We ate at 4:30pm, and I started having symptoms around 8:00pm.
