Salad Suspected: Repeat Illness - Saltgrass, Pasadena Texas

2/18/22 & 2/11/22 Two Friday’s straight I left and barely made it to restroom both were different meals both included salad and bread with butter so I am certain now it was or had to be salad (the 1st dinner was steak salad I substituted salmon for steak green beans and lemons for my dressing ) so 2nd time I went I was scared to order same so I ate the ribs/chicken and sweet pot fries and side salad with balsamic dressing
Ran to my restroom when driving home a block away again barely made it to realize it’s got to be the salad or the bread and butter ? Only two items consumed but severe dark green liquid rushed out of my body hurting cramping working super fast one hour or so maybe even less from consumption | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
