I ate dinner there yesterday at 4 PM. Came down with nausea and diarrhea about 8 hours later. I observed lack of hand washing by volunteers prior to putting on plastic gloves. They were indirect contact with plates with food. I mentioned to one of the the volunteers that state law required handwashing prior to putting on gloves, She, as she put her gloves on with her unwashed hands, informed me there was a bathroom nearby if I wished to wash my hands. State law also requires notice of that regulation be posted prominently. No notices were visible. Management obviously had not provided adequate instructions for volunteers to prevent possible food poisoning by potential contact with fecal bacteria from servers' hands, | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
