Observed in walk-in cooler; lasagna (50F - Cold Holding); meat balls (47F - Cold Holding); pasta and cheese sauce (47F - Cold Holding); spaghetti (47F - Cold Holding); shredded mozzarella (47F - Cold Holding); breaded chicken (47F - Cold Holding). Per operator, items were not prepared or portioned today. Items have been out of temperature for more than 4 hours. See stop sale.
