Scallops Trigger Diarrhea Attack - Scallops, Eden Prairie Minnesota

2 years ago reported by user-rcvzq339 business

Scallops, Kowalski's Market, West 78th Street, Eden Prairie, MN, USA

16500 West 78th Street, Eden Prairie, 55346 Minnesota, United States

I purchased sea scallops yesterday afternoon from the frozen fish Butcher/meet department. I kept them in my fridge until today. I cooked them today around 1:00 by searing them in a pan and even overcooked them a bit.

About 1:50, I had a surprise attack of explosive watery diarrhea. I had no warning and it just went all over my couch. I then started having stomach cramps and had water diarrhea for approximately 30 minutes at this point. I called the store and spoke to general manager. They stated no one else has called with complaints or concerns about the scallops. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
