- comments: no city of chicago food service managers certificate. The person on site has a serv safe certificate posted only that was issued on february 24, 2023. Instructed to obtain and display a city of chicago food service managers certificate. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012 citation issued.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found no handwashing cleanser at two of the three exposed handsinks; instructed to provide and maintain at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) issued.

- comments: the following equipment needs to be cleaned and maintained: prep tables (tops and bottoms, refrigeration and freezer units, steamtable, fryers at bottom area to remove grease, exterior area of stove, grill and fryers.

- comments: the front exposed handsink is draining slowly; instructed to have sink repaired so that it drains properly.

- comments: observed evidence of smoking on premises. Found a pack of cigarettes on the table in the dishwashing area and cigarette butts in an aluminum foil made ashtray in the employee washroom on the toilet paper holder. Instructed to remove items and to refrain from smoking inside of establishment. Citation 7-32-020(c) issued under the clean indoor air ordinance. First offense.
