Report date: Mar 18, 202510. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-205. 11 observed front prep and rear prep area handwashing sinks obstructed by equipment in utensils in the basins, inaccessible for use in handwashing at the time of complaint inspection. Instructed to remove all obstructions from handwashing sinks and maintain all handwashing sinks accessible for handwashing at all times. The person in charge removed all obstructions from handwashing sinks at the inspection. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
