I had a shake burger, cheese fries, and a vanilla milkshake for lunch on my break. About a hour later I started feeling hot and feverish, nausea. I bought a gingerale to help soothe my stomach moments later I started throwing up in front of my co workers. Everything is caught on footage at my job. I clocked out early and repeatedly kept vomiting, all night. Now it's a full day later I'm still feeling feverish. I'm unable to eat or drink anything because I can't keep it down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
