Cold Hoagie Causes Illness - Sheetz, Cheswick Pennsylvania

I had ate lunch at approximately 1:45 PM. I had ordered a whole steak hoagie on italian herbs bread w/ lettuce,tomato,diced onions, and jalapeno peppers with provolone cheese. Hoagie felt cold, like the steak wasn't even heated properly. But I was hungry, so figured whatever... Fast forward to 7:45 PM I started feeling really nauseous and dizzy. Went to the bathroom, and at first things were normal. Next thing you know my intestines started churning and I had Diarrhea for about 30 minutes. I know it was the hoagie cuz of them jalapenos. Eh, still feel sick. Hope I get over this quickly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness
