2. City of chicago food service sanitation certificate
- comments: observed self-service coffee pot setup in main store lobby. Instructed to obtain a city of chicago food service certificate to prep and serve coffee with the addition of dairy products such as milk and cream. Informed person in charge to obtain and post a valid city of chicago original food service certificate and ensure a certified manager is on site whenever foods that need time and temperature control for safety (tcs foods) are prepared. Priority foundation violation #7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: no hand washing signage at the hand washing sinks. Instructed to provide hand washing signs and maintain.

- comments: no drainboard for the 3-compartment sink for proper drying of multi-use utensils. Instructed to provide a drainboard for sink and maintain.
