Closure date: 09/27/2021Rodent infestation. The inspector said the whole facility smelled of rat urine and saw droppings “on every shelf of the food display area,” including mixed in with loose chips and flour from a bag that had been torn open. There were also droppings on a tray in the walk-in cooler, the floor of a storage area and the floor of a shipping container. The operator said they knew about the rodent problem and were trying to eliminate it without professional pest control. The inspector also noted a missing wall in a storage area where the operator said plumbing had been repaired and holes in the ceiling in two places, including one area rotting away from water damage.
