- comments: the following previous core violations from report #2553630 dated on 03/29/22 not corrected-#40 noted employees at the prep area preparing food with no hair restraints or protection. Instructed to wear hair restraints or protection at all times, #49 instructed to detail clean and maintain the shelves underneath the pastry table with dirt at the prep area and #56-noted heavy dirt and grease accumulation inside, on pipes/conduits, and edges of the exhaust hood and filters above cooking equipment. Instructed to detail clean and maintain hood, filters, and pipes/conduits. . Instructed manager said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
