- comments: observed no hot running water in girls washrooms on the 1st,2nd,3rd floors (water temperature ranging from 60. 0f-66. 1f)located in the main building. Instructed management a handwashing sink water temperature must be provided of at least 100 f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Instructed management to repair and maintain as required. Engineer not on site at this time. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed men and women staff washrooms faucets in poor repair located in the annex building. Instructed to repair and provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucets and maintain.

- comments: observed missing ceiling tile kitchen front prep area near the 2 door stand-up cooler. Instructed to provide and maintain.
