- comments: observed no chicago food sanitation manager on site or valid certificate posted when tcs food (hamburger 199. 8f, potatoes 180. 7f) prepared and served. A chicago food sanitation manager must be on site and valid certificate posted at all times tcs food prepared and served. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed milk crates used as shelving units in storage areas. Instructed manager to provide adequate shelving for easy cleaning and pest control.

- comments: observed food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of prep tables, steam tables, cooking equipment, shelving units, coolers, and freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed waste water backing up through floor drains in prep area near cooking equipment and holding units, black water overflowing in storage areas, also water overflowing through catch basin of dish machine when in use. Instructed manager call plumber, repair clean and sanitize all affected areas. Priority 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle in women washroom. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: observed missing/damaged floor tiles and missing grout in floor tiles in dish washing, prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
