Also observed improper hot water temperature at hand washing sinks in basement in men's bathroom at 88. 7f, 1st floor ladies bathroom at 88. 5f, boys first floor at 76. 3f, 2nd floor boys bathroom at 70. 2f and ladies bathroom on 2nd floor at 73. 7f. Hot water temperature at hand washing sinks must be at a minimum of 100. 0f or above through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
