- comments: observed no sanitizer detected at the final rinse for the low temperature dish machines located on the 1st and 3rd floor skilled nursing prep areas. The dish machine located on the 3rd floor had a rack of dishes inside of it and it was being used at the time of the inspection. Management instructed to repair both machines and maintain a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine. Priority violation 7-38-025. Citation issued.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: no splashguard installed between the exposed hand washing sink and the clean dish storage shelf in the dish washing area. Management instructed to install a splashguard between the right side of the exposed hand washing sink and the storage shelf to prvent contamination of clean dishes.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed excessive overflowing garbage and garbage bags stored on top of the outside garbage dumpster lids. Management instructed to maintain adequate garbage pickup so that the outside garbage dumpster lids can be closed and contain all the garbage inside of the dumpster at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed grout missing between baseboard wall tiles and floor tiles around the floor drain for the ice machine in the food prep area. Management instructed to repair and maintain the tiles and regrout where needed.
