- comments: observed small flies in the following areas: approximately 11 flies noted in the front prep area on walls. 5 noted in the rear flying around soiled linens, dish area and 4 noted near the rear exit door/trash container. Last pest control service report available for review dated 6-20-25. Instructed to remove all flies, recommend having pest control co. Service establishment for flies and provide a current service report. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: no irreversible registering temperature indicator testing device or strips on the premises to measure the internal temperature of the high temperature dish washing machine on the premises. Must provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: extremely slow draining hand washing sink in the rear dish washing area. Instructed to repair to properly drain.
