- comments: observed waste water being improperly disposed from service sink to floor. Waste water containing a dark color and debris was found being pooled on floor from service sink pipes. Instructed manager to ensure all waste water is adequately disposed. Plumber arrived on site and addressed issue. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
