- comments: observed no hand drying provisions at the hand washing sink located in rear dishwashing area. Instructed to provide paper towels at all hand sinks at all times. Person in charge provided paper towels during inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: visible and working thermometer needed in front prep area i-door milk cooler. Must provide and maintain.
