Steakhouse Illness Hospitalizations - Steak 'n Shake, Orlando Florida

I ate from steak and shake around 4 pm Sunday December 3rd the 3 shooters cheese and ketchup, fries and the holiday shake white chocolate mocha. At midnight I woke up with my heart racing, dizzy, started vomiting and diarrhea very bad, it continue non stop I had to be taken to emergency where they told me I was dehydrated. The lab results showed I was fighting an infection bacterial and I had a heart rate of 145. I was hospitalized for 2 days. At the hospital I was told I was the 5th case with food poisoning from steak and shake. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness
