I suspect cros contamination. He had a bad reaction after burger fries and vanilla shake. His only allergens are tree nuts and shell fish. a few minutes after drinking part of his milk shake my son started with throat swelling, nausea, vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Swelling
