I suspect cros contamination. He had a bad reaction after burger fries and vanilla shake. His only allergens are tree nuts and shell fish. a few minutes after drinking part of his milk shake my son started with throat swelling, nausea, vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Swelling

We ate there 4/25/2016 approx 12:30 (noon) I had the lunch chicken fried steak, gravy,green beans, salad and rolls..my wife ate different and did not get sick..so narrowed it to the green beans or something there in my order that was contaminated..getting home then within 8 hours… See more
