Ordered cheeseburger fries strawberry shake for supper on 4/21/17. After eating food became ill approx 3 hours later with vomiting diarrhea chills headache. I know it wasn't from lunch because I asked a buddy if the same lunch we ate made him sick and he said no. I know it was from Steak and Shake. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills
