- comments: observed no hand washing sign at hand washing sink in prep area. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed missing outlet cover in prep area. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed mechanical ventilation fan not operable in staff washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2600758 on 8-27-24: 47-can opener in prep area with rust and stains. Instructed to remove rust, stains and maintain. 51-found no service/mop sink on the premises. Instructed to provide said sink, with hot/cold running water and a back flow prevention device. Must maintain on the premises at all times. 55-water stained ceiling tiles in the classrooms. Instructed to replace ceiling tiles and maintain. -wall in closet where the mop sink was located is damaged. Instructed to repair/paint wall and maintain a smooth and easily cleanable surface. Found the floors in the corners, in the storage closet and under/around all heavy equipment with dirt and debris. Instructed to clean and maintain floors. -vents and ceiling tiles with dirt and dust build up. Instructed to clean and maintain vents and ceiling tiles throughout as needed. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
