Subway Migraine, Nausea Recurrence - Subway,

Ordered a 6 inch turkey sub w/ lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mayo, oil, chipotle southwest sauce, and pepperjack cheese. 2 hrs later I got a pounding migraine and a nauseating feeling at work. On the way home from work I could not drive, was feeling very dizzy, and vomited my sandwich. This is my second time getting food poisoning within the last two years from this location.
