Chicken Bacon Ranch Illness - Subway, Terrell Texas

9 months ago reported by user-qfrz7165 business

Subway, 1700 Wilson Road, Terrell, TX, USA

1700 Wilson Road, Terrell, 75161 Texas, United States

This was the only meal I had that day. A 6” Chicken Bacon Ranch w/rotisserie or grilled chicken, I’m not too sure now. With Monterrey Cheddar shredded cheese, spinach, jalapeño’s, cucumbers, and ranch. Second 6” was a roast beef, Monterrey Cheddar shredded cheese, with spinach, cucumber and jalapeño. I ate between 8:30-9:00 p.m. By the next morning, I had abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, and body aches. I was in so much pain that I finally went to the hospital. Bloodwork and CT scan was done to rule out appendicitis, obstructions, etc. Completely healthy, besides the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache
