Lettuce Suspected in Illness - Subway, Salt Lake City Utah

I ordered a spicy italian on wheat bread. No cheese. I ordered pretty much all the vegetables on it. My boyfriend, who also ordered a sandwich, purposely did not get lettuce on his sandwich because he said it looked bad. My boyfriend did not get food poisoning. We ordered the sandwiches around 4:00 PM and I started feeling nauseous around 6:00 and then diarrhea around 10:00 PM | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
