Subway, I just got subway for lunch. I ordered a 6 inch 9 grain with ham, provolone, spinach, olives, tomato, bell pepper, and mustard, oil, and vinegar. 5-6 hours later I started feeling tired, and nauseous. Then I started having severe diarrhea and vomiting | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
