Buffalo Chicken Sub Illness - Subway, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania

9 years ago reported by user-vnjt1449

Subway, Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA, United States

11-99 Silver Drive, Mechanicsburg, 17050 Pennsylvania, United States

I ate at Subway in Mechanicsburg on the Carlisle Pike Wednesday, July 13. I had a 12" white bread, Buffalo Chicken sub, toasted with Spinach, Pepper and Chipotle southwest sauce at 4:15ish in the afternoon with a fountain drink and 2 cookies, one Macademia and one Chocolate Chip.
I woke up today, July 14, and my stomach was terribly upset and cramping. I dry heaved multiple times today and I can't go more than 15-20 minutes without going to the bathroom. I missed part of my calculus lecture at school and, after, was told to leave my shift at work 6 hours early because my supervisor was concerned.
From work, I went to AllBetterCare, and it is written in ink Gastroenteritis caused by food poisoning.
I'm on a bland diet of bananas, applesauce and other mush foods while taking PeptoBismol, Imodium and Gingerale (and of course lots of fluids and rest) and may or may not be able to return to work tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
