I went on 08/25/2021 and order a 6unch Turkey with provolone cheese & banana peppers with Mayo around 1:30pm. After I ate the sandwich my stomach started to feel funny and cause some abdominal pain, about 2 hours goes by and I have diarrhea twice. Later into the night I’m driving & started to feel nauseous & then I had to pull over because I began to throw up. I threw up twice Last night | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
