I had 1 1/2 black forest ham and swiss cheese with lettuce and banana peppers and oil and vinegar. About an hour or so after I ate a quarter of the sandwich and then I ate another quarter. Got rid of the rest of it. Had nausea and stomach cramps for about a week and it scared my roommate. It scared me because I want sure what I did, | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps
