I went to Subway on my lunch break at around 4:20p. On my wrap I got, lettuce, tomatoes, streak, pickles, black olives, southwest sauce, lite mayo. I also got a small sweet tea and a bag of salsa sun chips. I woke up at 3a with sharp, cramping pains. I tried to ignore it and ended up waking back up at 5. I could not ignore the pain anymore. I sat on the toilet for 30mins and ended up having diarrhea. I then threw up 3 times between 640a-1020a. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
