Subway Breakfast Causes Illness - Subway, Greenbelt Maryland

On May 17th 2016 in d morning say around past 9 I bought and ate subway Breakfast soft flat bread ,ham ,eggs,lettuce, sweet onion teriyaki. 10 to 15mins into eating it started feeling stomach pains ,nausea,dizziness,fever so had to throw d remainder of d sandwich away. Drank lots of water to no avail so ran out to get pepto bismol which subsided d pain a little so I could hold on till end of work. However coming back home took another dose of pepto bismol to douse rousing pain. 3:30am next day crios stomach upset n diarrhea . Nausea returns also. I might need to go to the emergency for this one. Would provide updates on later events | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
