Veggie Subs Trigger Symptoms - Subway, Cottondale Florida

4 years ago reported by user-kcmpv288 business

Subway, Hwy 231, Cottondale, FL, USA

2670 Hwy 231, Cottondale, 32431 Florida, United States

I tend to only eat salads and subs rich in veggies: My go-to's are a chicken salad with all the fixings (except peppers or onions), and a tuna, chicken, or turkey sub with the same toppings. This never used to happen but, for the last three months, like clockwork, I eat any of these items, and I come down with terrible bloating and diarrhea within 4-24 hours. Food tastes quite good and fresh, mind you. And, I've been eating it just this way for decades. So, I'm really not sure what the culprit is. Wondering if there is some relatively new ingredient that I'm intolerant of? I did an online search today about the phenomenon and I saw that I'm certainly not the only one. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating
