like clockwork, I eat any of these items, and I come down with terrible bloating and diarrhea within 4-24 hours. Food tastes quite good and fresh, mind you. And, I've been eating it just this way for decades. So, I'm really not sure what the culprit is. Wondering if there is some relatively new ingredient that I'm intolerant of?
