So I went to subway at this one gas station, got a steak and cheese sub, added tomatoes, banana peppers, chipotle sauce, and lettuce, and I begun eating it and halfway through the sandwhich I felt terrible instantly and then we pulled up to our hotel and I instantly vomited the whole subway sandwhich out.:) after that I vomited all night and morning! | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
